I can see changes in my upper back, stomach, legs, backside and I really just feel FANTASTIC. So, let’s jump in and review the past 2. Advo. Care is composed of pills, fiber drinks, energy drinks and meal replacement shakes. ![]() What is the 2. 4- Day Challenge? The 2. 4- Day Challenge is a sort of kick- off to the Advo. Care program. I would now answer this yes and no. So, yes, I think it’s possible to lose weight but not feel as great. What Else I Did Along with Advo. Care. Beyond taking the Advo. Care products, I quit sugar. I still have things like BBQ sauce and ketchup and put brown sugar on my sweet potato but I gave up things like cookies, cake, and ice cream which I was eating with abandon. At the beginning of the challenge, my main goal was just to eliminate the desserts. That’s the way I feel at all times now. It doesn’t sound like much but between my chest, waist, hips and thighs, I lost a total of 6”! Now, everyone asks if it’s Advo. Care that did it. I did make quite a few changes at once. No potato chips, no oreos, no bagel bites, no donuts?? First of all, you do not need to. De- stem and tear kale into bite size pieces, then add a tsp. Lay pieces flat on a cookie sheet sprinkle with your favorite spices. Beef or Turkey Jerky. When choosing a jerky, make sure to look at the ingredients list and choose one that does not contain monosodium glutamate. Just be careful with jerky as lots are extremely high in sodium. What I like to do is buy a bag of almonds, walnuts, cashews, peanuts, pecans, pistachios, and mix them together on my own. Remember, unsalted nuts only! Almond Butter Strawberry Sandwich. Place on baking sheet center side up. Red Pepper with Goat Cheese: This is super yummy if you enjoy goat cheese, which I happen to love. The key is be a little creative.
